Working Principle

5X High Efficiency Vertical Shaft Impact Sand Making Machine uses high-speed running materials to crush each other and the friction between materials. When the material enters the rotor after centrifugal acceleration, it is thrown out, collided with the surrounding guard plate and broken, and can also be split through the bulk material plate. The surrounding guard plate collides, bounces, and forms a cyclic blow. As the crushing progresses, the small particle materials gradually form a material layer curtain near the peripheral guard plate, which improves the crushing effect and protects the equipment. The finished materials that meet the specifications are discharged from the discharge port.
