The ZSW series vibrating feeder produced by our company is a new type of vibrating feeder designed for evenly conveying bulk materials before crushing and screening medium and coarse crushers. The vibrating feeder adopts the structural features of the double eccentric shaft vibration exciter to ensure that the equipment can withstand the impact of falling bulk materials and has a large feeding capacity. In the production process, the block and granular materials can be uniformly, regularly and continuously fed from the storage silo to the receiving device, thereby preventing the receiving device from crashing due to uneven feeding, and prolonging the equipment service life. The vibrating feeder can be divided into a steel plate structure and a grate structure. The steel plate structure feeder is mostly used in the sand and gravel production line, and the material is evenly fed into the crushing equipment; the grate structure feeder can coarsely screen the material. Make the system more economical and reasonable in configuration. The main stress-bearing parts of the feeding box are thickened; the bottom guard plate and side guard plate are made of steel plates with higher toughness and strength to improve the wear resistance of the tank body and reduce the maintenance amount;

Working Principle

The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding trough, a vibration exciter, a spring support, and a transmission device. The vibration source of the vibrating feeding of the tank body is the vibration exciter. The vibration exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and a gear pair. The motor drives the driving shaft through the V-belt, and then the gear on the driving shaft meshes with the passive shaft. Rotation, the main and passive shafts rotate in the opposite direction at the same time, so that the tank body vibrates, so that the material flows continuously and achieves the purpose of conveying the material
