HP Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a high-performance cone crusher which is designed by adopting foreign advanced design concepts and combining the performance of domestic metal materials. The machine adopts a special crushing cavity which is designed by the principle of inter-granular lamination and the matching speed, instead of the traditional single-particle crushing principle, to achieve selective crushing of materials, with uniform crushing particle size and good particle shape. The two-way iron release hydraulic cylinder can allow the iron blocks to pass through the crushing cavity smoothly, and when the machine is overloaded for some reason, it provides overload protection and cavity cleaning, and automatically discharges it, avoiding the operation of downtime for maintenance and improving work efficiency. The crushing chamber adopts high-performance non-contact labyrinth seal, which improves the reliability of blocking dust and reduces iron pollution. During the installation and running the equipment, a buffer silo and variable frequency feeding equipment should be equipped to ensure continuously feeding and full cavity stable feeding. Realize the adjustable and controllable feeding of the equipment.

The input and output of HP Hydraulic Cone Crusher will also affect the crusher effect and service life of the machine. Install the central feeding device to ensure feeding in the middle, avoid accumulation due to too wet, too much or too hard materials, and ensure smooth feeding and discharging.

Install iron removal equipment and backstop device on the belt conveyor. The correct configuration of the pulley also has good operation for the crusher. The feeding belt conveyor should be equipped with iron removal equipment to prevent the cone crusher from being damaged due to over-iron. The backstop device can prevent the material from falling too heavy when the feeding belt conveyor stops, thereby reducing the trouble caused by the stopping of the belt conveyor.

HP Hydraulic Cone Crusher adopts the principle of lamination and crushing, so its smaller discharge particle size is not determined by the small discharge formula. Therefore, when the equipment is commissioned, the discharge port should be properly adjusted according to the equipment load while ensuring that the equipment is fully fed, so that the equipment can work stably with high efficiency.

Working Principle

When working, the motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate, the transmission shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate around the eccentric shaft through the large and small bevel gears, and then the eccentric shaft drives the moving cone to swing eccentrically. When the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port , it is subjected to the mutual impact, grinding and rubbing of the eccentric shaft and the rolling mortar wall to achieve continuous production.
